Timely answer to questions. Response time to messages was fairly quick (I asked for an adapter for the TV outlet and they sent it the same evening through a Grab driver). This house is fairly close (10 mins) to the location where my kids competed in swimming (Ateneo pool). Beds and pillows are comfortable. ACs and electric fans were working.

Futton in living room belongs in the dumpster - very uncomfortable with sharp bumps all over; had to cover it with clean extra sheets from the beds because the fabric is extremely dusty. Back of the tv stand is already ripped out (made of cheap particle board). On our first night the water heater in the downstairs bath wasn’t working so had to use the one upstairs. They did send someone the following day to fix it and so the 2nd night, we were able to get warm water in it. Next door neighbors were the absolute worst people. They partied all night; kids ran up and down the stairs hitting the metal railings; seems like everybody screamed til the wee hours of the morning. We used ear plugs, turned on all the electric fans and turned up white noise on YouTube just to drowned out the neighbor’s noise. It helped some but we never should’ve had to deal with this. The signs in the property that says quiet hours of 9 pm - 6 am wasn’t enforceable. If you need good quiet rest for an evening before an important early morning event (like a 7 am swim competition for our teenage boys the next day), don’t rent this place. My kids didn’t get the sleep they need and it affected their performance the next day.
