Take It Easy - Studio Pool Waterfront

Very clean, great location, onsite parking, friendly host, easy self-check-in, nice pool and outdoor area. Bed is very comfortable (but pressed against wall and A/C is directly above the bed --good for one person, not two). A/C keeps room very cool. Kitchen is very-minimalist (no starter supplies other than coffee/sugar/sweetener), but worked well for basic cooking like eggs on stovetop and for coffee.

This studio is smaller than appears in pictures, but fully functional. The full-size bed is pushed against wall and you have to stand ON TOP OF THE BED to manually adjust the A/C dials each time, and the A/C is a bit noisy. There is a 8-inch spot at corner of bed to squeeze-through to get to a closet. It was fine for one-person, but would be too cramped for 2-people. There was a very energetic child running back and forth for hours in the apartment above (it's an old building and you hear every footstep) this made the apartment noisy for 4 of my 8 nights, then quiet 4 of 8 after that guest departed. Property manager is a really nice guy and he really tried to provide good service, but firmly only available 8am-8pm. The internet was out two nights for 12-hours each time, and host was not available after 8PM...both days I had to wait for him to read my message at 8am and he came to fix internet router before 9am (problem was caused by onsite repair workers in a different unit, not service provider outage). He was very apologetic but I had to go to Starbucks to work since cellular signal was also weak in the apartment. Note the studio itself is not poolside nor waterfront but both are very close. From the apartment you can't see much of anything (with windows open you would see two walkways inside the property). I would stay in other units from this host, but I would not return to this specific apartment due to small size, A/C directly above the bed, and noise risk from apartment above.
