Good location

Cat in the house was not disclosed in the ad. If you have allergies don’t book. A person on a house arrest with an ankle monitor lives in the house. Makes your stay uncomfortable.

Total disaster due to not being what I expected at all

Totally misrepresented on Booking.com. There is actually someone living in the facility and you are sharing with them and have one bedroom. Was not expecting that at all. Refused to stay because it was not what I was expecting. My conversation with Mr. Haim was disappointing because he refused to take any responsibility for the misunderstanding.

Clean, well present accommodation in a convenient location with a friendly resident host

Very convenient location for bars and restaurants. Pleasant back garden with seating and a hot tub. Haim was a friendly host.

The room was quite small, despite having a comfortable mattress, the bed was low and the wooden frame protruded beyond the mattress which meant I kept bumping my legs getting in and out of bed. I had not realised at the time of booking that the host also lives in the house and that there would be other guests staying in the cottage in the back garden. Everyone shares the kitchen, living room and garden.

Location is great Spotless clean I enjoyed the yard very much. It is inviting to relax. you shared the space but feels like you are by yourself. Host is accommodating and friendly. I certainly Recommend Haim s offer.

Beautiful memory of our visit to Wilton Manors

We were most impressed by the owner of the guesthouse, who showed the highest possible level of professionalism. He was available to us through messages throughout our stay. We received answers within a minute and there were no problems at all. In fact, he helped us a lot with accommodation and really did his best to make us feel welcome and at home. I think that is the most important thing if you are taking accommodation, especially for us tourists who come from far away. We rented a room with our own bathroom, but in reality we had the rest of the shared rooms at our disposal because there were no other guests. This included a kitchen and a back garden which is ideal for enjoying in morning coffee. The whole house is very neat, clean and regularly maintained. We also had a place to park the car. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. We also used public transport, as four bus lines run nearby (20, 50, 60, 72), yet the house is in a quiet part of the town, about 10-15 minutes' walk from the bus station. It seemed to us a cheap and safe option for going to the beach, although a car or Uber is a much faster and better but also more expensive option.

Everything was amazing. We regret that we could not stay longer. If there will be an opportunity, we will try to stay in the same accommodation again!

Overall, apart from my complaint my stay was superb. I am sorry I had to rate it the way I did.

Haim was a very generous and gracious host. I loved the room and feeling like I was in a home and not a hotel. The outside amenities were awesome in the backyard and it is located in a quiet place.

The reason I only gave 5 stars to this location is because of my experience as I stayed there with the first person I met. Upon entering the house I smelled nothing but weed and it was strong. This person was actively smoking while he was there within the house and tho my room did not smell the rest of the house and yard did. This is a huge deal breaker for me if I was to ever to return. My background has major addiction and tho marijuana these days seems to not be a big deal for many it is with me. The last thing I want to smell in my residence is this. Haim was great and I never saw him doing this but if he wants me to be a customer in the future this cannot be a part of my stay.
