Cozy!

Truly is cozy. Like staying in a tiny home! (The outside listing.) I always stay here. It has everything you need, comfy mattress, nice tv with all the streaming services, fridge, microwave, coffee, shower. The hot tub is also updated since the photos were taken, and it’s lovely. For a shared property this place feels really private. Whenever you see the host it’s always like passing by a friendly neighbor. The neighborhood is also really nice, and it feels safe traveling alone. My favorite part about this place is the host himself, who lives on property. He’s always really friendly and accommodating, even though sometimes I book late and extend my stay last minute. He never makes me feel like an inconvenience. He replies quickly if you ever need anything, and he seems like just a genuinely good guy. It’s also just one of those unique places to stay on your vacation that isn’t a generic hotel. And you get to see an area that’s different from the beach but still close. (Wilton manors is a really unique area with great restaurants and entertainment.) I highly suggest this place!

I couldn’t wait til it was light outside in the morning so I could get out.

tiny and claustrophobic. No top sheet on bed-just fitted sheet. no hand towel nor wash clothes-only bath towels. no Kleenex. overhead ceiling fan rattled all night with no apparent way to shut it off. Air conditioner extremely noisy. $40 cleaning fee way too high for a 12’x12’ room.

unique stay my wife and I wanted something different and for the price this was PERFECT.

Quaint, cozy and private. Super pilot owner and over the top to ensure we were comfortable.

It was a pleasant stay.

I liked the cleanness and quietness of the property. Location is pretty good too. Easy to get to downtown and the beach by car. The host let me keep my luggage on a property after my check out time. Truly appreciated that!

It is more of an airbnb property. I got a reservation through the booking. com, and did not expect it. There was luck of communication with the host. He was out of town, and someone, who was looking after the property could not respond to important questions.

Loved the outdoor yard space, welcoming, nicely landscaped. Clean small sleeping accommodations. Best for one person. .

Hot water was not optimal, the towel rack above the toilet was too large and interfered with the toilet seat/space.

Fantastic find in Ft. Lauderdale

This quaint little studio was perfect for our needs. Beautifully landscaped, with such a nice courtyard to relax in. The location was perfect as we were only 6 miles from Port Everglades. The bed was comfortable, there are a coffee maker, microwave and a large college fridge, a dresser, a nightstand and a nice TV with apps like Netflix and Hulu. A walk in shower in the bathroom is nice and spacious. The AC unit works great (for those hot blooded folks like me) and a ceiling fan to help cool the space. Haim is a wonderful host and was super gracious to extend his hospitality to us. We met him and another couple who were renting a room in the home as well. I would rate this little gem a 15 out of 10 stars!! It is cozy yes, but the energy of the property shows that Haim is a person who walks in love for others. Would highly recommend this property for a quick getaway, or extended layover. We only stayed one night but will come back again!

amazing private small place han the host will go out of his way for any one nothing is to small or to big he will do it and the place really is amazing I have stayed twice this week because I was going on a cruise I would recommend any one going on a cruise from fortlauderdale to book this place because it is close by or for a short weekend away or for as long as the host will put you up but once again amazing

Cozy Casita

This cozy casita a few blocks from the bustling nightlife of Wilton Manors was a pleasant find. The little house is tucked away in the back; there is a pretty courtyard for lounging between it and the main house. Parking is easily available in front of the house which is in a very quiet neighborhood. Meanwhile, if you want to have some rowdy fun before retiring into your peaceful casita, you can easily walk to the restaurants and bars of Wilton Manors. Haim was a great host; upon my arrival, he inquired if there was anything I needed to make my stay more comfortable.

The shower water was a little too hot.
