Άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, ανακαινισμένο, με σύγχρονες συσκευές και με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή. Το πιο εντυπωσιακό ήταν η άψογη ηχομόνωση, αν και γενικά πρόκειται για ήσυχη γειτονιά, παρόλα αυτά αξίζει αναφοράς. Στα συν επίσης η ήσυχη εσωτερική αυλή στην οποία βλέπει το πίσω μπαλκόνι και ο εξωτερικός ανελκυστήρας (βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο) που διευκολύνει την πρόσβαση. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα και πάλι.
Παρά την καλή ηχομόνωση, ο ήχος από το τραμ που περνάει από κάτω ίσως ενοχλήσει κάποιους αν και είναι περιστασιακό. Η περιοχή επίσης, δεν είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο, αλλά το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ κοντά σε στάσεις μετρό, λεωφορεία, τραμ.

Super Lage nahe der Hauptubahnlinien 1&2 (nur zwei Stationen bis zum Bahnhof) sowie der Tram Linie 1. Supermarkt, diverse Restaurants und sehr gute Gelateria fussläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem sehr ruhig sogar mit kleinem Balkon zum grünen Innenhof. Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht.
