Wohnkultur - Designapartment Mannheim

Location is convenient, close to railway station. Host was very friendly and quick in responding to my concerns. I will stay here again when temperatures drop below 20°C

In June, when the outside temperature was around 30°C, the apartment became extremely hot. The apartment is nicely renovated, but it is located in an older building. It is exposed to direct sunlight for much of the day, causing it to heat up significantly. The tiled floors absorb the heat during the day and release it back into the apartment throughout the evening and night, so the apartment never really cools down. Unfortunately, opening the windows is not a practical solution because of the noise. The apartment is located directly above a restaurant, and trams run along the street, making it difficult to sleep with the windows open.

It is cozy, well equipped, clean, exactly where I need everything.

Nichts besonderes.

In der Wohnung waren einige Mängel wie das Licht im Flur nicht funktionierte. Ein äußerst wackliger Wasserhahn in der Küche sowie kein Abzug oder passendes Geschirr zum kochen. Kein Deckel für den Biomüll unter der Spüle. TV nur für streaming ausgelegt, da die normalen Sender nicht eingerichtet sind. Sehr Laute Umgebung wie die Tram vor dem Fenster. Eine schlecht regulierende Klimaanlage. Und nicht bequeme Betten. Für mich viel zu weich. Die Wohnung kann ich nicht empfehlen.
