I will say it was pretty clean inside the apartment.

1. The address they list takes you to the entrance gate you can’t get in because apparently that gate is only for the people that live there so you have to go to the other entrance, glad some random stranger came up to us and explained that because we wouldn’t have know 2. Lock on the door was confusing i originally was trying to use the old one on the wall which didnt work so then i called and they said it was on the door but when your leaving you have to put the code back in and turn the lock then wait a couple seconds then it locks so the first part of my trip I thought the lock was messed up until I figured it out. 3. Balcony was not nice to sit on, light is very dim so you can’t barely see and the amount of spider webs was unbelievable by the time we woke up there were webs going across the door plus the big reds ants, couldn’t have my feet on the ground without ants crawling on me so we didn’t want to go back out there. 4. Bed was not comfortable me and my husband woke up with our backs hurting. 5. They charged me like $425 for fees and cleaning fees but then at the end of your stay you are responsible for cleaning up, taking out your own trash (when I messaged them and ask them were the outside trash was I got no response so I just open all the doors outside until I found it) plus washing all your own dishes, adjusting the air temp and locking everything back leaving it the exact same way you left it (I literally cleaned the whole place only thing that was left was towels) so why did I have to pay that much for cleaning fees when I was the one who cleaned everything up and this was suppose to be a vacation for me and my family.
