About this apartment rental
Our Seascape condo 7H is on the golf course at the 13th green and from the back porch overlooks a lake for fishing. It is an easy walk to the beach and the Whales Tail Restaurant there on the gulf has great food and a Beach Bar. Besides the Beach and Golf, our condo has Smart TV's, Free Wi-Fi, and is close to the Tennis Courts, 5 Swimming Pools and one Pool is Heated during winter time. Our condo is on the second floor of Building 24 and has a Large Vault Ceiling in the family room and the dining room. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. We have had this condo as our family condo since 1988 and it has been updated every year. Use our Beach Chairs and Umbrella at no extra costs. We hope you will rent our family condo and treat it like part of your family by keeping it clean and neat and that you will come back ever year! The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Our check-in and out went very smoothly and Ron, was very accessible for the couple of questions we had. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Great location! The GPS takes you to the owners gate so be careful to adjust. Kitchen was well stocked with most supplies you will need. We only needed more toilet paper and trash bags during our stay. Some beach towels would have been nice too. House was very clean and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.

This property could be heaven, but I have to say it is paradise only. The location and the resort are stunning. Miramar Beach is amazing. My only issue is the condo is in dire need of a deep clean and an update. The hosts were spectacular to work with. We had a great time. I would definitely go back to Miramar Beach. However, if you were going to Seascape for the golf course, I would suggest golfing at another course and we were told that they were letting it go because they are building more condos and it was evident. Also don’t travel in April during the concert moon fest, unless you love to have loud music pounding throughout your condo for four days. However, I must say the area is beautiful and has a lot to offer.
