Welcome to Sweet Magnolia, a peaceful and updated 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat located in the tranquil Golf Villas at Seascape Resort! This charming condo now sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a king bed in the master suite and a queen size Murphy bed in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations. The spacious living area offers vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and beautiful wood-look tile flooring throughout. The updated kitchen includes granite countertops and a cozy breakfast bar. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My partner and I enjoyed our mini vacay here. The beach was a short walk away. If you mind the walk I would recommend parking in the community beach parking. The unit was clean, smelled good upon entry. Everything was up to par. Thank you to the host.

The condo was clean and well appointed. Beach access was close and on property parking. Everything we needed was close by in Miramar, without the traffic and over abundance of people in Destin. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Very nice and clean. We had a lovely stay in this beautifully decorated golf villa condo. A couple feedback points; the initial, very present, bright scent of the condo was met with immediate migraine headaches. The two plug in room scents were unfortunately very strong. The overwhelming scent permeated for days even after unplugging on arrival. Secondly, the linens did not fit the oversized king mattress. The fitted sheets would not stay on and needed to be deep pockets. Finally, the host and property manager each posted mandatory temp ranges to stay within for the thermostat, but the ranges did not match up. We followed the range of the property manager, but the thermostat kept being changed during our stay, multiple times during the day and night. Having two different mandatory temp ranges is disorganized and confusing. Further, nobody should be remotely managing or programming the thermostat and should communicate a single temp range prior to booking if it is so important to follow. Overall, we were quite pleased with the space despite these few issues.
