Great place to stay with perfect access to all amenities. Really good if you are spending most of your time in and around the bayside board walk features. Great live music, amazing wine festival, really decent to absolutely amazing restaurants. Only one real stinker of a restaurant. There is a smaller burger joint that looks very unassuming but has a real grill master who can make a damn good burger. 3rd best burger I ever had.Really no complaints at all! The only thing I think I might have preferred would be ground level abominations since we have small dogs that need to go to the bathroom a lot. Otherwise really perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Sandestin condo. Everything was as it was stated. Mona was great to work with. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Owner was very nice. The 1st night there my sister and I noticed dust 2” thick. Pulled back blanket on bed there was black hair everywhere. Black hair on the sofa, chairs and floor. Called owner she explained that the last person had some dogs. She explained that the house keeper stayed over to try to get all the hair. The 2nd night, eyes swollen and itching all over. Sent pictures to owner and messages. She didn’t respond. Looks like she has me blocked from calling. Beware! Sometimes it’s best to rent a little nicer and not worry about money!
