This centrally located townhouse is only a short walk away from the sugar white sand beach of Emerald Coast, managed by a long term superhost and is family and pet friendly!

You will have access to the entire townhouse, screened outdoor patio, community pool, and a private beach access. Two cars could be parked for free right in front of the house, and one more in the overflow guest parking farther down the neighborhood.

Stayed at this location last year and it never disappoints, close to the beach, nice neighborhood. Townhouse is fully equipped and family friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was available at our rental. Great Location to stores, beach and restaurants. Would hands down recommend to anyone.
