Experience a classic beach vacation at a great value at MARAVILLA RESORT right on Scenic Gulf Drive at Miramar Beach, featuring 2.5 acres of private white sand beach for exclusively for owners and guests! This condo is a tastefully decorated 1 King bedroom, 1.5 bath, Gulf view unit and with a twin hallway bunkbed setup and a queen pull-out sofa bed, will comfortably sleep up to six people (4 adults + 2 kids). The condo is on the third floor of a total of four floors. Step out to the private covered balcony to take in the partial gulf view and feel the ocean breezes coming your way. The condo building is wheelchair accessible from the parking lot using the installed ramp and an elevator.

Featured amenities for your enjoyment include: plush king bed, updated patio seating, hardwood bamboo floors throughout, an electric George Foreman Grill, two flat screen TVs: Smart LED TV in the Living Room, LED TV in the bedroom.
