Maravilla 3102 is a beautiful 2BR/2BA condo just a short walk from gorgeous Miramar Beach! Maravilla is located in a gated resort with two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball half-court, fitness room, club house, covered parking, bike racks, and shuffleboard. This condo has lovely features including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in an updated kitchen, and a private, ground floor patio. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin over full bunk + twin trundle in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6 guests comfortably. With Private Beach access just across the street and TWO on-site pools to choose from, come see why Maravilla 3102 will be your family’s favorite for years to come!
Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! Maravilla features "low rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We loved our stay here, very clean and plenty of room for 3 adults and a baby. We loved how we could walk to the beach everyday, were so close to restaurants, and had a nice place to sleep each night. When we first arrived we couldn’t get the glass door to lock, and they sent someone right away on a Sunday to fix it! Thank you!

We encountered some problems during our stay, but we texted the help desk number. They sent soneone to address the issue and worked to correct it. Overall the condo was clean & worked for our family. The location, beach access, & beach service were awesome.

Good location. The condo needed updating.
Sofa very old. Had picks on all sitting areas.
Saw roach and beetles in unit.
Several roach traps thru out unit.
Several visitors that walked their dogs did not pick up poop from their dogs.
Will not stay at this unit again.
Expensive for what we got.

Great location and loved the 1st floor and it’s easy access. Plenty of parking, a/c worked great, and washer/dryer worked good enough. TVs in all rooms and hot water was plentiful. There were 2 beach chairs and some toys in the closet. Cable tv was nice and it had wifi. We loved the short walking distance to the beach and it was located near all the stores and main hwy(s).
Cleaning crew did not clean that well, master bed had sand and there was a piece of an uneaten pop tart and some candy on the floor in the second bedroom.
Now for the bad:
The wifi signal does not transmit to the second bedroom.
The mattress in the master bed needs to be replaced. It was worn out and you sink when you lay down (not in a comfortable way) and mind you, I weigh 165lbs and my wife weighs a lot less than me.
The sliding door to patio was very heavy and difficult to open. Also, here is the deal breaker for me, i could hear every footstep from the upstairs unit every night. Also, we could hear every time they opened/closed their sliding door and every night it sounded like they were moving heavy furniture it was very, very loud. I would love to come back but i cannot deal
With a loud upstairs unit. And lastly, we saw and killed a couple of roaches. If the upstairs unit was not unbearably loud, I would love to rent again…
