Come to the beach! Enjoy a peaceful getaway from the crowds and escape to “Seaz the Day”, our cozy beach retreat at Maravilla Resort that offers a 2.5-acre PRIVATE beach located in Walton County and situated along the beautiful Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. When you walk through our door, you will immediately exhale and begin to relax. Once inside, you will find our condo is updated, well-stocked, extremely clean, and offers the comfortable accommodations that you were anticipating, along with the excellent guest experience you expect!
Maravilla #3404, is a GORGEOUS 2 BR/2BA Condo that comfortably sleeps six (6). The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom presents a comfortable queen bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One of the first things you will notice is the 27’ balcony that runs the entire width of the unit with access from the living area and master bedroom. From the balcony, you will enjoy a dazzling side view of the Gulf of Mexico and listen to the soothing crash of the waves on the shore. This will become your favorite “room” where you can enjoy your morning coffee and paper or a good book, take a midday rest on the chaise lounge, or enjoy an evening beverage while taking in a romantic sunset and share a meal with your family and friends. You are just a few, short steps to Maravilla’s private beach nestled on 2.5 acres of pristine, sugar-white sand and the breathtaking blue-green water of the Gulf.
As your hosts, we are happy to provide guidance on comforts and conveniences such as ordering your groceries in advance of your stay and having them delivered to the condo after your arrival. Wal-mart is who we usually use for the basics, Whole Foods has some great meal options and specialty items and offer delivery through your Amazon Prime membership. There are also concierge services where you have personal shoppers who will do the shopping for you and deliver to your door. We will have a selection of menus from local restaurants. Maravilla Resort also provides charcoal grills located throughout the property for guests to use. Maravilla Resort is one of the most highly sought-after family-friendly and dog-friendly vacation destinations along the Emerald Coast. Maravilla is a gated community that has been referred to as a “hidden gem” by guests and is conveniently located between Scenic Gulf Highway and US 98W on the easternmost edge of Destin in Miramar Beach. Due to the resort’s unique north AND south entrances, you are just minutes away from shopping and restaurants that have been tapped by Emerald Coast Magazine as the “Best of the Emerald Coast” and golf at Regatta Bay named one of Golf Digest’s “Top Places to Play in North America.”

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar! The condo was so clean and the perfect distance from the beach! The private beach and beach service made our trip feel even more luxurious. The spot is quiet with only a small few restaurants within walking distance. Ubering to other spots got a little pricey so definitely take that into consideration when planning the trip. The host was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly.We wished that there had been more amenities within the unit like cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. We also found out once we were there that the private beach didn’t allow tents or shade sails on the beach so, with only 2 chairs from the beach service, it was hard to keep all 5 of us in the shade on super sunny days. We would have loved a couple more chairs, possibly an umbrella in the unit, or at least a heads up about this because we had brought our own beach gear.

We stayed here last minute cause our stay in sarasota was canceled due to hurricane milton. This was an AMAZING vacation and this place was super cute, close to many shopping spots and restaurants, just a minute walk to the beach! The host was so kind and made everything super convenient and easyy! Highly recommend!polite and hosp

We really enjoyed this condo! The location is perfect, right off the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants. The condo was very well stocked, very clean. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will likely stay here again!
