Condo was well-equipped, spacious and nicely appointed. We enjoyed easy access to the beach. My daughter loved the bunk bed with tv's!

Great view. Nice complex. Well behaved dogs. We were comfortable but noticed little things. Nice condo but… balcony door needs help. Very difficult to open, some cracks that have allowed moisture to stain one side of drapes. Large Kitchen refrigerator placement prevents oven door from opening fully and freezer not wide enough for pizza. Stove is large and small drawer next to it cannot open fully. Hits oven handle. Outlet by coffee toaster is loose and needs attention. DIY bathroom faucets need attention. Bathroom plunger and supplies stuffed behind toilet in plastic bags. Not cool. Two bunk beds would work for small people or kids only. We did not feel any of these things needed to be reported during our stay but wanted to provide this feedback so things can be noted.

I have stayed at Maravilla before in 2022 and loved it but unfortunately this trip wasn’t as enjoyable. There was construction going on from 6 am until midnight during Christmas at the condo across from this one, the elevator was out every day except one, the condo had black dog hair on the bedding and it stayed really cold in the condo even with the heat on 72-74. Also, the wifi would be unstable and wouldn’t be able to stream or even be on your phone for a majority of the time. The people did refund $200 for the inconvenience but never checked back in and it seemed low considering all of the issues. I wouldn’t choose Maravilla again after this experience but the area is beautiful.
