Conveniently located, easy access to private beach and pool. Pet friendly with dog walk area and great boardwalk and paved sidewalks for our daily strolls. The first floor unit was clean , but could be updated with safety bars for the bath tub ( we bought a bath mat to help with our safety) and a larger tv screen would be nice. Surprising the refrigerator did not have an ice maker, but we bought bags of ice at Dollar General and Winn Dixie. Loved the daily beach service and private beach. Just can’t beat that. Great value for the price.

I have stayed in a lot of condos in Miramar / Destin and there is no better place than Maravilla 2107. There's no better location, but more importantly there is no better property managers than Becki and Jim. The condo is exactly how it's described. Highly recommend!

Our 7 day stay was very nice. The condo is a little outdated but its got everthing you need. We go there to enjoy the beach, pool and outdoors. The only advice I would give is update the coffee maker, and leave a few more towels. Other than that I have to say it was a great location and very reasonable. We will stay again!!
Thanks for a great week.

Awful bedding-needs new sheets, mattress cover, pillows,,and towels. Needs proper supplies to include paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc, etc. all were scant and extras needed to be bought. Unit was clean but needs complete renovation. We have stayed in Maravilla 4 times before because it’s dog friendly and liked the ground floor unit this time but this unit is the worst of the previously stayed in apartments because of the previously mentioned comments!!
