This is a ground floor unit that is beautifully decorated pet friendly with washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. It has two bedroom/ 2 baths with a pull out queen sofa bed. This is a non smoking unit, 1 king bed, 1 Queen Bed in the guest bedroom. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and wireless internet included. Walk out your patio doors; you are steps from the pool, grills and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Owner reserves the right to require Saturday to Saturday rentals only during high season

Our 7 day stay was very nice. The condo is a little outdated but its got everthing you need. We go there to enjoy the beach, pool and outdoors. The only advice I would give is update the coffee maker, and leave a few more towels. Other than that I have to say it was a great location and very reasonable. We will stay again!!

Awful bedding-needs new sheets, mattress cover, pillows,,and towels. Needs proper supplies to include paper towels, toilet paper,dishwasher soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, etc,etc. all were scant and extras needed to be bought. Unit was clean but needs complete renovation. We have stayed in Maravilla 4 times before because it’s dog friendly and liked the ground floor unit this time but this unit is the worst of the previously stayed in apartments because of the previously mentioned comments!!
