Stylish Luxury 1BR in Chelsea

Air con was great, really cool and also quiet. Kitchen facilities were good. Good selection of transport, great to be next to the river, the park and the power station shops and restaurants.

The bedroom curtain rail is terrible, fell down as soon as we touched the curtains. The shower is over the bath - pointless as there is no plug for the bath so couldn’t fill it, and I was looking forward to a soak. Also there are no handles on the bath or walls and no slip mat so I felt like I was taking my life in my hands every time I had a shower. The seal on the shower screen didn’t hold the screen in place very well so it was almost impossible to stop the floor from getting wet. Also although there were lots of mirrors there was no full length mirror. The hand towels provided were too small and thin.

Loved the cleanliness, the comfortable bed - we are literally going to now buy the same mattress and pillows!, the quietness, (despite the trains which didn’t wake us) and the communication from the owner. We had tickets to the rum monkey comedy show on the barge at Battersea

My partner has limited mobility and just need to point out it’s a ten minute walk from the tube station to fetch the keys to the apartment and then another 20 mins to walk to the apartment. Uber’s cost quite a bit (for us anyway) to get from the apartment to the comedy show due to road closures and one way systems at the moment so had a fair amount of walking to do. No reflection on the property or host though, just hope the information helps others to navigate their stay.

Absolutely loved the property, it was very clean, good location, the shop near by was excellent.
