The location was perfect. Batterses Power station tube was just down the road which you could get straight to Euston. We were attending an event at Hyde Park and the 137 bus round the corner took us straight there. The host checked that we were OK and if we needed anything. She also left a box of souvenirs for you to take one to remember your stay. We slept really well despite the outside heat.
No cooking facilities. Maybe if a small microwave was added this would help. There are take out places near by though.

We nearly cancelled after reading a couple of reviews, and I’m so glad we didn’t. Yes, it was near a road, so some noise was expected, but this did not stop us from getting a good night’s sleep, you are staying in London after all!
The accommodation was clean and warm. You are only a short walk from the Tube station and the Uber Boats that take you into central London. There is also a bus stop just a very short walk away.
The host was excellent from start to finish, and we did not need to contact her during our stay.
The WiFi was not brilliant, as the TV would keep buffering, but this was not really a problem for us as we were out exploring London most of the time.

The room is located in a small wooden house in the garden of the owner,next to a very busy road. There are buses and cars running all day long and it is close to a railway station. If you are not a good sleeper, I do not recommend you this accommodation.
