Beautifully furnished and modern apartment. Friendly security and owner was so helpful and kind. Nice equiped kitchen with full sized fridge and freezer.

More of a comment......keep in mind that there are stairs up to the apartment. Not recommended for the elderly or if you have issues to carry your bags up some stairs.

There was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen throughout our stay, almost as if there was an issue with the drains. The showers also had a problem with the water pressure and mixer—you could either have hot water or cold water, but it was very difficult to get a comfortable mix of the two. We checked in during the middle of winter, yet there were no extra blankets available on the first day. There were also no fixed air conditioners or heating units in any of the rooms. Although portable air conditioning units were provided, they only produced cold air, making them useless for heating the apartment in winter. The host was not available to meet us or hand over the keys on arrival, and there was no welcome packet or information guide to help us settle in. We were left to figure everything out ourselves, which made the check-in experience feel impersonal and unnecessarily difficult. At check-in, we were given a long list of house rules that had not been disclosed in the listing. These included restrictions such as not being allowed to have any guests visit the apartment, despite it being a three-bedroom unit that accommodates up to six people, and a rule prohibiting anyone from sleeping on the couch. Receiving these restrictions only after arriving was disappointing, as they could have significantly affected our travel plans had we been staying with our spouses or expecting visitors. These rules should have been clearly stated in the listing before booking so that guests can make an informed decision. Overall, the apartment did not meet the expectations set by the listing, and the lack of transparency, comfort, and basic hospitality detracted from what should have been a relaxing stay.
