The Patio and space of the room
Not enough towels, only one towel for two people. Patio was not clean, very dusty. There are no floor mats, not even in the the bathroom. I was expecting complementary gowns given that I booked for the most expensive room. No complementary soup, foam bath, shower caps, cleaning material for the bath and toilet.
