Hotel De Centrum-Negombo

We had booked the Deluxe Double Room at this hotel for 20–21 February 2026, but unfortunately we were unable to stay the night due to a private personal matter and had to return early. Even though we could not complete the stay, the staff were very understanding, professional, and respectful when we explained our situation. They treated us kindly and communicated clearly, which made the whole experience much easier during a stressful moment. Although we didn’t stay overnight, we still want to appreciate the helpful and friendly service we received. If you get the chance to stay here, it seems like a comfortable and pleasant place to be. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

We stayed one night at Hotel De Centrum in Negombo before our flight and it was a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient and only a short drive from the airport, which makes it perfect for a first or last night in Sri Lanka. The room was clean, comfortable, and had good air conditioning. The Wi-Fi worked well and the bed was very comfortable after a long journey. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made the check-in process very easy. It’s a small and quiet place, which we really appreciated. Good value for money and a nice place to relax before continuing our trip around Sri Lanka. Would definitely stay here again.
