The 3-adult room we booked didn't v electricity.
Mr Sohel offered family suite instead n charged cash RM$190. The one we booked was cheaper. We felt cheesed off coz how come the cheaper unit no electricity n we're pushed duress to take RM$190 unit. Upon check out, we show Mr Sohel ants invaded our food n we pointed ants running along the floor at the edge of the walls. We're not sure whether we'd paid for the earlier booking for the 3-adult. Mr Sohel said not paid. At that point in time no chance to check whether we'd paid earlier to confirm the booking. So left us with ???xxx### emotion...
