The room is nice. Got many pillow which i like it. The location was very on top. Close to CU mart. Restaurant ( indian, malay, chinese, mamak) all is there. You can even walk ( around 5-7 minutes). Easy to check in and check out. The house is nice. Clean, no dust, toilet is good. Got extra matress. Got 2 queen bed size. And also extra 2 matress. Fit for 4-6 person. Even the living room is huge.

No netflix. Just a bored tv station but its okay since we go there for holiday.

Cons: One room light was not working No air-conditioning, so windows need to be opened, but there are no grilles and a linking platform allows access from the neighbouring unit’s balcony, making it feel less secure and less private; if all windows are closed, it can feel stuffy with a slight mould smell, especially during the day when the sun shines in Traffic noise can be loud, especially from modified cars Check-out at 11am feels a bit early

We need to pay RM200 deposit to a personal account which I feel not secured and without the deposit there is no free parking which I have to charges RM15 for overnight. Also, the washing machine is leaking, and they should put a remark for no to use

The property was clean, comfortable and well-located. We did experience some congestion with the elevators at busy times, which occasionally resulted in longer waiting periods. One time, we decided to just take the stairs from 13th floor after waiting for too long. The kitchen facilities were also not fully equipped for our needs. No scissors and microwave provided. However, these were relatively minor issues and we still had a pleasant stay. Just a heads up, security deposit was required upon check-in and they only accepted local bank transfer. Had to ask someone local to wire the money on behalf of us.
