Check in information provided by WhatsApp only. It could be difficult to understand if you are not used this kind of system before. No man show. Not even one tea bag or water bottles in the room. No brush & paste.

Clean and big.

No air con.

Comfortable stays. Even no aircond but still sejuk. Kitchen complete, tinggl bawa brg msak shaja.

Bilik best. Cuma time peak hour lift memg agak mencabar.

Comfortable rooms with adequate beds. Sufficient kitchen utensils. Mahjong table and additional stools was a bonus. Wi-fi and 2 parking lots convenient. Clean with good storage closets.

1 of the 2 stove was not working. Remaining stove took a long time to heat up. Instead of plastic cups would be better to replace with ceramic mugs instead. Pillows too big and uncomfortable for the neck. One of the wash basins in the room was clogged.In addition to rain shower would be practical to have handheld hose as well. Very disappointed with my booking though. I booked and paid for my 3-bedroom unit very early on. A day before check-in date I was informed that the unit I booked was defective n not livable. No similar type unit was available n was offered 2 2-bedroom units which I accepted due to no choice. Upon arrival, only 1 was available. The host then offered a 3-bedroom for 2 nights n move to the 2 2-bedroom unit for the 3rd night. Can u imagine what a hassle it wud be to check out n check in again for the 3rd night with 2 kids, 2 seniors n 4 adults not to mention the lost of use of the room for a few hrs if we follow check in time of 3 pm n check out at 11 am. In the end we manage to continue to stay in the 3 bedroom unit for 3 nights otherwise our holiday wud be ruined. Communication was english all along n suddenly it was in mandarin which I cudnt understand, so presumcious n thoughtless.
