Erstklassige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Park, von dem aus ein sehr schöner begrünter Mittelstreifen mit wunderschön restaurierten Gründerzeithäusern bis in die (Alt-)Stadt führt, ca. 30 Minuten herrlicher Spaziergang. Parkplatz kostenlos hinter dem Haus, von der Wohnung einsehbar, Auto kaum sinnvoll und erforderlich, da es keine kostenlosen Parkplätze im Stadtgebiet gibt.
Einziges kleines Manko: Es gibt nur weiße Lamellen an den Fenstern, die kaum verdunkeln und die Sonne nicht gut abhalten können, dadurch ist vor allem im Sommer das separate Schlafzimmer sehr früh hell und etwas stickig; da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt und vom Schlafzimmer eine Tür zur kleinen Terrasse führt, ist es etwas riskant, bei offener Balkontür zu schlafen, zum Ausgleich kann man das Fenster in der Wohnküche nebenan nachts gekippt lassen zur Durchlüftung.

Niesamowity apartament. Czysto, jasno i wygodnie. W apartamencie dostępna całkowicie wyposażona kuchnia i wyjście na niewielki, schludny ogródek, odseparowany zielenią od ewentualnych gapiów. Szczerze polecam!
