Close to Beach Hot Tub Dog Friendly

Stayed the Sunday afternoon/evening into Memorial Day. A spacious, clean and newer build home. Absolutely beautiful. It met our criteria for 3 bedrooms: he master bedroom and bath were among the best we've stayed in recently, but the two basement bedrooms were great for our teenage daughter and son (had separate rooms with a shared bath...nice touch). Excellent large kitchen with an island and we made a fabulous dinner the evening we were there. And the hot tub out back was fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. There is also a firepit in the backyard, plus a grill on the back porch, but we didn't use either (but we very likely would have had we stayed longer). The house itself is in a hilly area near the beaches of Lake Michigan, and the proximity to both downtown Michigan City plus the Indiana Dunes - areas we really enjoy visiting and exploring - was terrific. Great location for it. We would definitely return!

We were given a code to enter the house. When we arrived the code didn't work and eventually it timed out. About 45 minutes later, we eventually were able to access the property as the code somehow then worked. Apart from that hiccup on the front end, we really enjoyed our stay!
