This newly built home offers breathtaking views of the lake and dunes from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies and living area. The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep each night - as the location is unbeatable; with Lake Michigan, Washington Park, the Zoo, the harbor, concerts, and three restaurants, all within walking distance. The approach to the house is private, accessed by a gravel driveway with parking for up to three cars.
ON THE GROUND LEVEL there are two bedrooms and an open family room with couches, games and a TV. One bedroom has a queen bed and another has a set of twin beds. Two of these twins can be converted to a King upon request. On this floor there is also a full bath with bathtub and laundry room with top loading washer & dryer.
THE SECOND LEVEL is one continuous open space with breathtaking lake views, sunshine throughout the day, beautiful exposed wooden beams and a balcony facing the lake - a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The large, fully equipped modern kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, with an elegant island and dining space. There is a comfortable sitting area with a TV and reading area and a bath with a walk-in shower.
