The staff, from the front desk to the room cleaners, were all extremely friendly and helpful, and our air-conditioned room was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié son emplacement, idéalement situé à proximité de toutes les commodités : Taksim Meydan, la station de métro et de nombreuses lignes de bus. Le personnel est exceptionnel, très serviable, toujours souriant et à l’écoute. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. ❤️

I had a wonderful holiday at this hotel in Taksim, Istanbul. The hotel is pleasant, well located, and my stay was very comfortable. I would especially like to thank Brahim who works there; he was extremely helpful, kind, and always available to assist us. His professionalism truly made our experience even better.
