El piso se nota que lo han reformado hace poco, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Los colchones eran bastante cómodos, las almohadas para mí gusto demasiado finas. Tiene lavadora y secadora y lavavajillas. Aire acondicionado centralizado en cada habitación del apartamento. La playa de las Calas Santiago Bernabéu esta a 4 min andando.
El edificio es antiguo, aunque tenía ascensor, era muy estrecho al igual que las escaleras, había que subir de uno en uno. No tiene parking y es una zona muy céntrica y para aparcar era una odisea. Cuando llegamos la limpieza que habían realizado no fue la mejor, en el suelo del baño habían pelos en el suelo y un poco de suciedad en general.
