Location was excellent. Perfect view. Comfortable, well laid out property.

Razgled je bil spektakularen, udobna sedežna. V kuhinji je bila mikrovalovna, cvrtnik na vroč zrak, blender, toaster... Prostorno, plaža čez cesto, bližina trgovin, barov, sprehajalne poti, akvarija. V kuhinji je bil začetni set za pomivanje posode (cet, vileda), v kopalnici tuš gel, brisače.

Apartma bi lahko bil bolje označen, vsaj na vratih bi lahko bil napis, da bi ga lažje našli. Kar je manjkalo v kuhinji smo si mogli sami dokupit, kar je bilo rahlo moteče. Npr. kuhinjska krpa, papirnate brisače, vrečke za smeti, . Čeprav je bila kuhinja kar precej opremljena z gospodinjskimi aparati, ni bilo zajemalke za juho. Glede nato, da pridemo z letali, bi lahko bile osnovne začimbe. Lahko bi bila dodana odeja iz flisa..

The apartment is beautiful, spacious with modern decor and in a prime location. There were several issues, however, such as the main shower/wet room flooding water out into the hall. The cooker also had a mind of its own and was impossible to turn off. No mains power could be found anywhere! No manual was provided. There is no drying cloth for dishes etc or oven glove provided for cooking & we had to buy our own, which was very inconvenient. Only a couple of miniscule bins are provided with an instruction to empty them 'outside' - eventually, we found street bins to use, which was very inconvenient and required several trips each day. There were 4 beds, but only 3 duvets were provided, so one of us had only a sheet to sleep with. Finally, a basic welcome pack would have been appreciated - simply some water in the fridge would have been enough for us on arrival. It's a shame that these issues spoiled what could be a great apartment.

I was not advised at any point in advance before or after booking about a 350 euro deposit. When I provided my card details at the Rentafive office on check-in, I was told that my card would not be charged, assuming there was no damage. I then noticed a few days later that Rentafive had taken a payment of 700 euros! No one answered the phone at any time when I called the office, so I had to go there in person. 350 euro was refunded with no apology or explanation, and the 2 staff members present at that time were at best unbothered, and at worst, rude. I had to ask what happened and was bluntly told it was a system error. There were no instructions about check-out beyond time, and after several messages which weren't replied to, I had to post the key in the letterbox of the apartment as there was no-one at the Rentafive office and no box to leave it there securely. We have now returned home after leaving the apartment in perfect condition and still no return of the other 350 euros. And of course, there is no answer to phone calls or messages. Sadly, this experience has tainted a special holiday with my elderly/disabled parents, and I will never rent a property using Rentafive again. Unless I am assisted to get my deposit back, I will not be using Booking.com again either.
