The location is superb.
It needs some trash cans. I had to keep using the bathroom trash as it was the only one I could find in the area of the house I had access to.

Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The backyard was lovely, with a big table perfect for an outdoor lunch. private parking, a safe and quiet neighborhood, and close to museums, shopping, coffee, and food. The grove is few mins walk.
