Spacious 3 Bedroom Home with Garden in Banbury

It was more or less as described

It was pretty basic. The garden was overgrown and unusable. Kitchen equipment was very basic - not even a tea towel to dry washed crockery. Only three tiny sample bottles of shower gel in the bathroom. Very small, thin bath towels. No information about local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, medical facilities, local attractions. On arrival the key safe lock box was very difficult to open as it was damaged.

The property was well laid out, a comfortable lounge and beds.

It wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty and couldn’t have been cleaned or swept before our arrival. The doormat was crumbling so brought bits of it inside when walked on. When we came to cook a meal, the oven was very dirty and the hob didn’t work. We then had to wash the cutlery, glasses, plates and chopping board before they could be used. Whoever had ‘washed’ these beforehand had not done them properly and left food/marks on them. The garden was full of weeds and couldn’t have been used. The property key was not in the top key box as per instructions but in the bottom one - not a problem but not as stated.
