South Estate

A fantastic 10/10 stay! The apartment is located in Močići, in a very strategic and peaceful location: just a 10-minute drive from Cavtat and about 30 minutes from Dubrovnik (both the new town and the Old Town). The host's hospitality was extraordinary from the start: she managed to give us access to a spotless apartment at 1:00 PM, well before the scheduled 4:00 PM check-in time. The property lacks absolutely nothing and is equipped with every possible comfort. Every bedroom has its own air conditioner, each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, and there's a laundry room complete with a washing machine, iron, drying rack, and all cleaning supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and cleaning. She even provided thoughtful extras rarely found elsewhere, like pool floats, sunscreens, and a lovely welcome package with milk, butter, juice, eggs, jam, fresh bread, beer, wine, and biscuits! The pool is immaculate and cleaned every morning by the owner, who is extremely discreet and considerate (we never even heard her). During our stay, she gave us super helpful local tips and even shared delicious tomatoes from her garden with us. On our last day, knowing we had walked from the airport on arrival, she insisted on driving us there herself. A quick note on location: being close to the airport is very convenient, and there are so few daily flights that noise is never an issue. One of the best stay experiences we've ever had—we would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Dubrovnik! Thank you again Petra!

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house, the entire property, and the pool were spotless, beautifully decorated, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our children absolutely loved the pool, and we really appreciated the peaceful and quiet location. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. A very special thank you goes to Petra, our amazing host. She is such a warm, kind, and caring person. She was always there to help us with anything we needed, offering advice and support whenever we asked. We truly felt so well looked after and quickly grew very fond of her. Everything about our stay was simply perfect. We enjoyed every single moment and will definitely come back anytime. Thank you again, Petra, for everything you did for us. We had an unforgettable time and can highly recommend this beautiful place!

Petra was amazing with communication. She was available to meet us upon arrival and explained everything personally. She was so helpful, patient, kind to us. Her place is beautiful, clean and perfect for a group. The property is massive and was the perfect size for our group. It is situated in a very quiet village outside of Dubrovnik, very close to the Dubrovnik Airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at South Estate and I would certainly refer the place and Petra to others.
