What we loved most about this accommodation was the breathtaking view of the mountains. At times it felt like we were sitting among the clouds. The sunrise view was absolutely stunning and made every morning special. The room was very stylish and looked exactly like the photos. Everything felt new and was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. The blackout blinds worked perfectly and allowed us to sleep very well. The reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Communication with Simona through WhatsApp was excellent. She always replied quickly and was very helpful. Free parking on the property was another great advantage. The room was equipped with many useful amenities including a vacuum cleaner, a dehumidifier, a hairdryer, an iron and a table. The refrigerator with freezer compartment worked exceptionally well. It was the first time we stayed somewhere with a fridge that kept our drinks truly cold. The rainfall shower was amazing and added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was clean, modern, comfortable, and offered incredible views. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

There were only a few small things that could be improved. The makeup mirror on the dressing table could use a replacement, as it is almost broken. When entering the room, there was also a slightly unusual smell. This may have been caused by the decorative stones on the floor or the amount of wood used throughout the room. Our biggest disappointment was the wellness pool. During our stay, the pool was being emptied for maintenance and replacement work, so we were unable to use it on the first day. The following day, the pool had been refilled, but the water was still far too cold to enjoy. We still decided to give it a try, but unfortunately it was really not comfortable. As we had to leave the next day, we did not get another opportunity to use the pool. We specifically chose this accommodation because we were looking forward to relaxing and swimming, so this was quite disappointing. That being said, the sauna and steam room were excellent and we really enjoyed those facilities.

The place felt exactly as shown in the photos...cozy, spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Simona, who stayed in touch with us throughout, was incredibly responsive and welcoming both before our arrival and during our stay. It’s worth noting that the apartment does not have a TV (as indicated in the listing), which makes it a perfect spot to truly disconnect. That said, there is a small Bluetooth speaker available if you’d like to set the mood with some music. The reception staff were also wonderful, Kristina, in particular, gave us a warm welcome and took the time to walk us through the hotel amenities. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

There wasn’t much to dislike...overall, we had a great experience. This is just a minor personal preference, but we did wish the pool hours extended a bit later than 10pm.
