L'appartement est absolument magnifique, avec une très belle vue depuis le balcon.. Du haut standing.

Difficile à trouver, il faut comprendre qu'il faut aller à la réception de l'hôtel. Attention peu de restaurant hors saison.

Location and room layout. Good communication with the owner.

No service, no cleaning, no towel, or bedsheet change for the whole duration! Had to ask for hand soap and toilet paper which was thankfully delivered. Futon bed there but without sheets or duvet Cover. Room temperature too high and centrally regulated so unable to control.

Nice big room, big bed very comfortable

The fire place is useless. Wood fireplace, no wood available. TV only few channels available. Internet connection was dropping down constantly

The room and the bath are luxuriosly furnished. The view from the balcony is nice. The bed is huge and comfortable. The room is bright and big. The restaurant have good food but no choice and is overpriced. You can rent atvs in front of the hotel

I payed 17% VAT surcharge but did not received any invoice. The apartment is not owned by the hotel but by a private person Nebojsa who requested me to come to the parking where he rents atvs to make the payment, but the room keys where given me on the reception. The hotel holded our id's and driving licences during the stay so we could not explore the surroundings by car, despite it is a private apartment. The staff on the reception charged me additional money for insurance and tourist tax. The fridge in the room is not cooling. There is no safe or minibar as advertised. The wooden fence on the balcony is aged and damaged. The doorstopper in the bath is positioned in the middle of the floor so you hurt your feet. Do not use the massage chairs in the hotel passage ways since there is a possibility it brakes your neck. Very few parking places so lot of people park infront others cars so other people have to search. The light switches in the room are confusing
