The location and the apartment itself, both very good 👍 The communication with my host, Sam Peers, before, during and after my stay was faultless

Nothing negative to put

The proximity to O2 and the security at night.

Only very minor…There was only two towels left out but hunted for a third in the cupboard. Having to hunt for a key lock which was not on site. The description of the location and photographs were clear though.

The location is fab and the balcony is excellent.

It has everything i needed and the only small issue i had was the shower didn’t drain away and there was a little smell in the bathroom. i reported it and if it had been the night of my stay them I’m sure they would have sent someone to look t it but it was an hour before i left.

The only good thing about the property is the location of it and the balcony.

This apartment is the definition of neglect. The living room carpet had not been vacuumed, and the bedroom carpets were heavily stained. Every wall has scuffs or marks, the windows haven’t been cleaned in ages, and opening the bedroom blinds caused the entire rod to fall down. The bathroom was just as bad: the toilet flush barely works, and the bath drain is clogged, leaving you showering in standing water. Even the provided iron and board were badly scorched and unusable. The check-in experience was just as frustrating. The host called demanding an undisclosed £200 deposit simply because my billing address was within 20 miles—a policy not clearly presented during booking, with the host deflecting to hidden fine print. Communication on WhatsApp consisted of walls of unhelpful, copy-pasted text. There was also an undisclosed Ring doorbell camera on the entrance. Throughout the stay, management treated me with suspicion and hostility rather than basic hospitality. If the team invested half as much effort into basic property maintenance as they do into spamming guest with messages, this might be an acceptable place to stay, I’m not coming back.
