Fantastic room - spotlessly clean, and very comfortable bed, and lovely host.
No access to kitchen or anything, could be a little fridge in the room to accommodate for the lack of kitchen - for longer stay guests.

Very comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Good communication, would definitely stay again.
I forgot there is no TV which suited me last time, but it would have been welcome this trip. Also, there was only a hand towel provided this time which I hadn't noticed until I needed a bath towel (well, shower towel!). However, being fair, this was definitely an oversight. They're lovely hosts though!!.

Very private room much like a top floor hotel room, great accommodation and new built location, beautiful home with friendly and welcoming hosts. Great price, the best in Chelmsford.

The place was super clean and the hosts were very friendly Great WiFi signal
There was no lock on the door which as a solo traveller made me very nervous. Plus no T.V.
