Cosy one bedroom flat in the heart of Chelmsford

Lots of space, very clean and comfortable.

Location is good and pleasant

Wasn’t prepared well. Old mouldy bread in cupboard. Half eaten tomato and lime in fridge. Wet bathmat in bathroom floor. Only 2 cups to use.

We had a little issue checking in which could have been smoother weren’t instructed which key safe the parking permit and key was in but and also the cleaner had forgotten to leave the key but the owner had someone drop a key within 10 mins so we weren’t delayed by too long, unfortunately the same cleaner had also forgotten to replenish toilet roll in the property, there wasn’t any in the utility or under sinks luckily I had tissues in handbag but it was a little inconvenient to say the least at 3am. These are pretty minor but also When we got back on the evening someone on the floor must smoke weed because the hallways stunk of it and it also had seeped into the apartment even into the bathroom. The apartment itself is really lovely, very modern, could do with a hairdryer as we didn’t think to pack one.
