Overall, it was a nice, modern apartment and accurate to the photos. Beautiful double glazed, sash windows, with a view over the high street. I struggled to find it initially as Google maps directed me to Bond Street. It is very central, and above a bar. If you’re there for the entertainment then it’s perfectly placed. I was there for a business event and was very thankful of my white noise app. The bar is open until the early hours every night. It felt clean, there’s a small dishwasher and even a washing machine. However, the occupant before me had left an open packet of salami in the fridge together with a few more items, and they hadn’t been removed which made me question the cleaning. It has a TV in the listing but I found this to have no channels stored and no access to wifi to actually use any of my streaming services. I tried to contact the host and even VRBO chat, I was there for 2 nights and this wasn’t resolved. I ended up using the wifi from HSBC opposite just to use my iPad. The agents hosting this property aren’t based in the UK. It was a Denmark number so they were of no help. The message app just gets automated messages from the agency.
