The house is absolutely beautiful and full of history. The host told me that it is over 250 years old, which made the stay even more special. The surroundings are peaceful and the views are amazing. Breakfast was delicious and very generous every morning. There is also a lovely Bernese Mountain Dog in the house, which made the experience even more memorable. Most importantly, the host was incredibly kind and helpful. On my first day, I accidentally left my backpack on a bus. The host immediately drove me around to help search for it. Thanks to his help, I was able to find my backpack very quickly. I am extremely grateful for his kindness and support.

Honestly, I cannot think of any significant areas for improvement. Everything exceeded my expectations and I had a wonderful stay.

You know what? It’s perfect and amazing! There are so many reasons: 1. The room is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. They clean and make it up every day. There are cute and beautiful art decorations everywhere. They offer blanket, kettle, visitor guide, bottle opener, and a guest fridge, which we found very useful. The balcony is great and you can see the snowy mountains far away. And there are cows and sheep on the green grass. It is quiet and peaceful. Their breakfast is great. They offer orange juice, coffee, hot milk, yogurt, cheese, pork, beef, eggs, and bread. It is a lot of food and all of it is delicious! The dining room is very cozy and well-decorated. 2. We travel by bus and train. They offer a guest card so we can take the bus in the Spiez area for free. The bus arrives every 30 minutes and it is always on time. That's very nice. If you go to the Spiez Castle, the ticket is 20% off with the guest card. All the drivers we met here were nice and they always stopped to let pedestrians go first. We shared our thanks by waving our hands. 3. Julia and Andreas are very friendly. Andreas was so patient and willing to provide any help. He generously gave us recommendations about travel routes and sights. He also kindly reminded us of the weather conditions. We left earlier on the last day, but Andreas still prepared an excellent breakfast for us. We were in a hurry to catch the bus, and Andreas let us drink some coffee and orange juice, and helped us make a sandwich to take away. That's so considerate. We think staying here was one of our best experiences in Switzerland. They are the best hosts we have ever met! It's a pity we didn't get a picture together! Their dog, named Emily, was super cute and smart. We played ball with her and had a lot of fun. She was the most beautiful doggie we saw in Switzerland. She welcomed us every morning by the stairs. If we travel to Spiez again, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation!
