お掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 子供が秘密基地みたいだと喜ぶ部屋があり良かったです。

屋上があったり秘密基地のようなお部屋もあり 子供から大人まで楽しめるホテルです😎 ベビーチェア、カラトリーなども 大変重宝致しました(*`･ω･)ゞ 車も目の前に停めてるので荷物の乗せ下ろし等 ちょっと買い足しするのにも助かりました🙏
清掃されていた方の清掃漏れが結構ありまして 楽しみにチェックインしたのもあり 入ってすぐ残念な気持ちになりました。 また、4階にプロジェクターがあるのですが つけてすぐ子供たちもテンションあがっていたのですが 充電がすぐに切れてしまい、近く探しましたが充電器も見当たらず 見れなくなってしまいました。 何度もこちらから連絡するのも気分良くないのでそのまま諦めました💦 施設自体はとてもいいと思います。 今回のトラブルがなければこれ以上ない大満足と言えるほどでした！

家族10名で宿泊で十分な広さとキッズスペースに孫達大喜びでした。 屋根裏部屋が最高だったらしいです。 備品も全てオシャレで、ベットも清潔フカフカでぐっすり爆睡でした。 近くにセブン、行楽地はラクテンチ、杉乃井ホテルプール15分位、サファリ30分で行ける宿で大満足でした。
2階と3階にトイレが有りますが2階はトイレと洗面所と脱衣場が一緒なのでちょつと不便です。 キッズスペースの中にコンパクトシンクが有りますが用途は無く、あの場所がトイレだったらと家族全員思ったようです。
