The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient and close to public transport. The beds were comfortable, and the accommodation offered good value for money
There was some noise from outside, and the room felt a little small. The Wi-Fi could be improved, and better soundproofing would make the stay even more comfortable

The room was compact but well kitted out to a very good standard
The front door area could have been better welcoming . The stairs are extremely steep especially with having a heavy suitcase

It was clean.
There were no towels in the room and I requested one but the staff didn’t give me any. I literally use my clothes as towels. That was bad.
