    This is a very traditional British hotel. Staff were friendly on check-in. Room and public areas were clean. Conveniently located on a quiet road in a safe area, only a few mins walk from two different tube stations and the main streets. There was no air con and the window had only a small opening, but there is an electric fan in the room and the weather was luckily not too hot. I did not require any other facilities so that did not bother me. I would come back.

    Amazing location, the rooms are small (simgle), but very clean, very good continental breakfast. Close to 2 underground station and to Paddington train station. I have stayed here 2 times already and I will return for sure. Very good value for the money.

    Although advertised as having aircon through Agoda apparently none of their rooms have AC. We spent two very uncomfortable nights where it was hotter inside than outside. Maybe avoid in Summer. Our room was tidy enough but the ensuite has to get a mention for being the smallest of our six week journey. Fifty centimetres from wall to wall in the toilet area. Clearly not compliant with current UK building regulations.
