    Lovely comfortable studio in a quiet street, convenient for lots of sightseeing and exploring. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Beautiful relaxing garden in the back. Would definitely stay here again.

    Stayed a night in the single room over the weekend for the Arsenal matches. The hotel has a charming, classic London house vibe, with antique furnishings. I was warmly welcomed by the lady at the front desk, which made for a great first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The pantry area has been very useful throughout my stay. One thing to note is that there’s no lift in the building, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. The area felt safe for solo female travelers. Walking distance to Bayswater tube station and Notting Hill. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return again.

    Great location in central London near 3 tube stations and good bus links. Small hotel in characterful building. Our room was small but big enough for twin beds, small table and kitchen area with everything you need, including cleaning supplies. Just note that the toilet room and separate shower can be quite tight for space. Lovely small garden out the the back. Lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for the location.
