We greatly enjoyed our stay at Tawa Retreat! Everything was available for a like at home experience. Comfortable beds, everything clean, kitchen had all the essentials, great WiFi, complimentary coffee tea and milk. Washer and Dryer are an amazing bonus, very appreciative. Highly recommend and we would love to come back, Thank you!

Very good location for the ferry, very comfortable.
Kitchen a little bit makeshift but had good amenities, add that the property is down a drive to make it easier to find.

Bed was big and very comfortable. The location was fine and our host was very accommodating, checking in regularly and making sure we had what we needed. Place was extremely clean and serviced regularly.
Kitchen area was unfinished with gaps between the walls and garage. Hot water was not hot enough for bath or shower. No power point in bathroom. There was no sound prooofing so at times was VERY loud with family upstairs, especially when young children were home. Definitely not a suitable place to work from home or longer stays. Also suggest removing photo of breakfast basket as there wasn’t one.
