    Good value for money for a 2bedroom apartment that could fit our family of 5 (2 adults, 3kids) before an early morning flight. The room itself was quite dated, some parts weren’t as clean as they could be (eg. curtains) but beds/linens, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, and we were happy with the room. We stayed on a Saturday night so it was noisy, but we expected a bit of that. Reception staffer was lovely as we arrived after hours and she came down to assist happily.

    Staff were very helpful. Beds comfortable, some appliances old & need replacing. There was misunderstanding with our booking but eventually a solution was found but our ended up on different floors. There 5 days TV didn't work. Rooms dated

    We were disappointed with our stay at 120 Wakefield Quay. We had stayed at 256 Wakefield Quay on a previous and wished we had gone there. When we arrived the room we were given had stained carpets, towels on the sofa to hide stains and dilapidated walls. We asked to change and the nice lady on reception gave us a room on level 4 which had been updated? This room was cold had only 2 small oil filled electric radiators, noisy as no double glazing and a terrible bed. Please upgrade your hotel as it is a disgrace to the Quest group
