    The good location, cleanliness and friendly staff does not make up for the lack of quality of the accommodation. It wasn't good. While the room was an OK size, both the TV remote and the heater didn't work. If the TV did work, it was pointless as it was small, the sky channels available were limited to the boring ones (except sport) and no option to stream. Bed was OK, but not great. Shower was so small, hard to move and you couldn't stand front on to the wash basin as the towel rail was in the way. And the icing on the cake, one elevator working for 17 floors - lengthy wait times in the morning.
