Very cozy, makes you feel like home and the metro being next to it is very convenient!

Not a property issue, but late at night the metros stop and the house is a bit far from the center by any other means, so look out for that!

Nice, clean, quiet flat, the owner was friendly, flexible. The neighborhood was worth exploring too, with a good pizzeria a few steps away.

The room could have been better furnished with a table, chair(s) and the kitchen better equipped with utensils.

Location was accurate, metro is super close and the line goes directly to the centre/Colosseo. Neighborhood is really calm and quiet if you don't want to be in a tourist noise and crowd all the time. There are some really nice, truly local restaurants-bars in this neighborhood

General cleanliness could be very much improved. The room when we arrived had a dusty floor with a lot of loose hair around. The shower in the bathroom was very clogged and drained very poorely, which left you standing in a dirty puddle after you shower, until we cleaned it, which is not something one wants to do on a vacation. Since this is a shared apartment in which you only rent a room, keep in mind that the room key is also a kitchen key, which means ALL room keys are THE SAME. Additionally, due to a misunderstanding and some errors in communication, after a long travel day we were left waiting for almost two hours to be let into the apartment, when initially we were told we should only let the host know 20-30 min in advance.
