Family Wave-L'Agulhas

Great layout, with just about everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Especially the Donkie.

Donkie was a little small for the body of water, so it took quite a while to get to temperature, but ultimately this is nitpicking.

A huge thank you to Chenean for accommodating our early check-in. We were greeted with thoughtful welcome touches, including fresh sourdough bread, peanuts & raisins, a chocolate, and all the essentials for coffee and tea. The property was impeccably clean with great overall facilities. As a family, we particularly loved the child-friendly touches like plastic crockery and the spacious yard, which gave the girls plenty of room to play while the rest of us relaxed around the fire. Although there is a splash pool with an optional heater, the chilly weather meant it took a bit too long to warm up for the kids. The location was ideal, conveniently within walking distance to local mini-markets, restaurants, and a pub, with a lovely view of the lighthouse visible right from Cooper Street.

Nothing the stay was amazing. Too short for my liking.

Location close to the bowling club

Would have preferred a walk in shower in the family bathroom rather than a bath.
