This is a quirky property with lots of space for close family happy to share. The views of the river and rivermouth are great. Kitchen well equiped everything could need, bedding comfortable.
Location - its a fair walk down to the river and a 5min+ drive to either beach/ village/ slipway. Fine if the focus is family time in one spot but not so ideal for activities in area like boating. Single bathroom. And some messy storage and construction at the back which don't quite sync with photos but didn't really detract.
